C4C values young people and children as being a vital part of the organization and commits
to seeing them grow, mature and be challenged in a healthy and safe environment.


Therefore, all team members must read and sign the Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Starting in January 2020, C4C has a new deposit and bank statement policy. New volunteers must submit a deposit of $100 after a host has been assigned, which will be returned through Paypal at the end of the 3-month volunteering period. Volunteers must also provide a Bank Statement to show that they have the funds to pay for medical emergencies and return flight tickets.

✓ Fluent English speaking skills

✓ Strong English writing skills are preferred

✓ At least 18 years old

✓ Valid passport

✓ Nationality not on the Sensitive Countries list (list found on application)

✓ 100 USD deposit through Paypal - Will be returned at end of the commitment

✓ Bank Statement to show that you have enough funds for a return ticket and emergencies

✓ Willingness to learn and improve oneself


Complete the online application form. If you are selected for an interview, you will receive a follow-up email. Read the Volunteer Guidebook after you receive it through email.


If accepted, then send us your documents and wait for your post placement and VISA Approval Letter.


Hosts and partners will apply for your VISA Approval Letter. This will take 1-2 weeks if there are no issues. Once it is sent to you, then please read it carefully, print it out and give it to the Immigration Desk at the airport when you arrive.

You will pay for your visa stamp, which is $25 for single-entry and $50 for multiple-entry.


Fly to Vietnam and begin your journey to self-discovery, cultural exchange, and volunteering! An airport pick-up will be arranged by the host and will bring you to the volunteer site.


Please research the food, local customs, climate, and health before arriving.

We also suggest buying international health insurance!
